Welcome to K-4th grade P.E !
Both Mr.E and I recommend that k-4th students still get proper physical activity during distance learning. However, we understand that during this time students have different subjects they need to focus on as well. In order to still get some type of physical activity in we recommend that each student watch and participate in 1 workout video or activity per week. Here are a few choices they can choose from. Exercise is such a great and fun way to get the kids moving at home, so parents please feel free to join them.
