SILENT AUCTION UPDATES
Early Bird Raffle Prize for Auction Tickets bought on line.
We will present a $150 Cheesecake Factory gift card to the raffle winner who purchases auction tickets by October 28th. The winner will
be announced in the 10/29/2019 Family Newsletter. Go to https://stmarkls.ejoinme.org/31stAnnualSilentAuction.
Tickets are $65.00 per person that includes a catered dinner.
Donations from YOU are needed! We need donations from you to make our fundraiser a success.
Please donate items you would be interested in purchasing at an auction. Start by uploading the specifics of your donation
at https://stmarkls.ejoinme.org/donate. Then, print your receipt, affix it to your donation and bring it to the School
Office. Don’t worry about wrapping because the Booster Club parents will do that for you. Please don’t wait until
the last minute to support our Auction.
Advertising in our printed Program. https://stmarkls.ejoinme.org/advertising
Parents, do you have a business you would like to promote at SML? We have an advertisement opportunity for
you. Our guests use our printed program all evening because it is used as the bidding number for the Live Auction
and it directs guests to their assigned tables. Program advertisements, full-page color, 5.5 by 8.5 inches, may be
purchased at our Silent Auction website for $300.00.
The first step is to purchase an ad at “Advertising Order” and provide your contact information
at https://stmarkls.ejoinme.org/advertising. The second step is to email your receipt and your artwork in a highresolution print-ready PDF to Christopher Birtja at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders must be submitted by no later than October 28, 2019.
8th Graders – Earn Community Service Hours at the Auction!
We need 8th Graders to work for the Booster Club at the Silent Auction. In return, you will earn Community
Service Hours. The only requirement is that at least one of your parents must purchase a Silent Auction ticket and
be in attendance for the entire event. Using an iPad, you will sell raffle tickets, refill beverage dispensers, help
guests find their table, and you must clean up after the event. You will be under the direction of Ms. Marti
Rendon. We will feed you an early dinner before the event starts at 5:00 p.m. If your parent(s) have purchased a
Silent Auction ticket and you want to volunteer, please email Ms. Kubasek at email@example.com. Please
provide your first and last name. We are counting on your help and you will have a great time seeing the Auction
in action! And, maybe, your parents will bid on something for you!
